Common questions

A few things worth knowing

Is the free screening limited or a teaser?: No. The on-screen verdict, the nearby heritage records with distance, the districts, and the archaeological potential are all shown in full, free, for any AB / ON site. What's paid is the exportable, dated, cited report with regulatory guidance and a coverage statement, plus monitoring and direct API / MCP access.
How does billing work?: A recurring monthly subscription through Groundwork, which handles identity and billing for the whole product family. Manage or cancel it from your account page.
Can I hold Heritage without Groundwork?: Yes. A Groundwork account can carry the Heritage entitlement, the Groundwork entitlement, or both — a customer can hold Heritage on its own.
What happens if I cancel?: The report export, monitoring, API, and MCP access stop when the subscription lapses. The free screening tool is never affected.
